Our film times are agreed weekly with the film distributors. These discussions occur every Monday. The cinemas are then programmed ready for sale on the Wednesday for the new cinema week, starting that Friday. In exceptional cases, such as a major release, you can book earlier.

Why do you charge a booking fee?

The booking fee for both our Internet and Telephone services is applied because of the additional cost incurred in clearing and processing credit card transactions. It is considered that the facility to pre-book and therefore guarantee your tickets is an additional service, which warrants an additional fee. This is standard in the leisure industry, e.g. When you book concert or theatre tickets. The fee is announced when the booking is requested and you still have the opportunity to cancel the booking/request. Our booking fee is .75c per transaction
