A brief introduction to our chain of cinemas
Founded in 1998, Irish Multiplex Cinemas are one of Irelands leading innovators in the film entertainment business. We approach the business of bringing great cinema to local communities with a commitment to high quality and friendly service. Since our founding, we have combined a vibrant, progressive attitude to cinema and customer service with a wealth of valuable experience spanning several generations and uniquely attuned to Irish tastes.
Central to our mission is to provide local communities in Athlone, Dundalk, Mullingar, Ballymena and Dun Laoghaire with a modern cinema experience. To do this IMC cinema staff and managers work hard to make the cinema part of the local urban landscape, engage with the community and lead by example as a progressive local business. Indeed, IMC employees are drawn from the communities around each cinema and provided with opportunities at every level of the company’s structure.
With community targeted campaigns and offers, a wide range of movies catering to every taste, and facilities built to accommodate as wide a range of people as possible, IMC plan on being at the fore-front of the Irish cinema experience now and in the future.
